Rosa Lee Rodriguez Triana was born May 16, 1955, in Raymondville, Texas. She was raised in Bay City, Texas, where she graduated high school in 1974. She then moved to Houston, Texas, and attended Houston Baptist University and Houston Community College, receiving her associate degree as a registered nurse. She started her career at Southwest Memorial Hospital and went on to major medical at Methodist Hospital and Ben Taub Trama Intensive Care Unit.
She is preceded in death by her brother, Benjamin Rodriguez, and her beloved niece, Marei Bea Ortiz.
She is survived by her husband, Jorge Triana; her parents, Roy and Maria Rodriguez of Bay City; her sister, Ruby Ruiz and husband, George (Gorgonio), Yolanda De Leon and husband, Vincente De Leon Jr., both of Freeport, and Pearl Trevino and husband, Rudy Trevino Jr., of Van Vleck; her brothers, Johnny Rodriguez and wife, Kaledia, of Eunice, Louisiana, Roy Rodriguez III of Bay City and Wally Rodriguez of Arcola.
