Frederick Buttke Passed Away Wednesday at Wausau

Funeral services for Frederick Buttke, 77, retired town of Stettin Farmer, who died Wednesday at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Max Tress are to be held Monday at the latter's home and at the Trinity Lutheran church. The Rev. E.H. Bertermann will officiate and burial will be in Pine Grove cemetery.

The deceased the was born in the town of Stettin, December 13, 1862 and was married there February 13, 1889 to Marie Hannemann, who died in Wausau in 1921. He had been a resident of Wausau for thirty-five years.

Surviving are four children, Mrs. Herman Schuster, Mrs. Max Tress and Mrs. Frank Perske, all of Wausau; two brothers, Anton and William Buttke of, Corona S.D. and a sister, Mrs. Otto Joecks, Lannon, Wis., and two grandchildren.
