He was the son of Richard Vaughn
and Linda Darlene Lashbrook Lewis.
He married Sarah Courtney in July of
2006.
Ryan was a gentle spirit with a sweet
caring heart. He loved his family, children,
people and life in general. He enjoyed
the outdoors, fishing and nature. He loved
music and to read and write poetry. As a
sports enthusiast, Ryan's favorite team was
the Indianapolis Colts.
He is survived by his wife, Sarah Courtney;
parents Richard (Judy) Lewis and Linda (Leon)
Gottfried; grandmother, Betty Lashbrook; step
daughter, Cassidy; brother, Gary (Veronica) Lewis;
sister, Jill (Tim) Higbie; three nieces, Danielle,
Dylan and Halle; and a nephew, Holden.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents,
Eugene and Mary Catherine Vaughn Lewis, and
grandfather, William Lashbrook; and his Uncle Dave.
