It is recorded in the minutes of the First Baptist Church of Taylorsville and in the book "The Hardesty Clan" by Charles Hardesty that Isabella is buried in Valley Cemetery, however no stone for her has been recorded in any known transcription. Being that Valley Cemetery was not 'officially' a cemetery until 1889, it is probable that she was buried on land that later became Valley Cemetery - her son-in-law, Oliver Perry Tichenor, was one of the founders of Valley Cemetery.
