Jennifer Kay Berry, of Argonia, Kansas, died Wednesday, March 18, 2009 at Via Christi-St. Francis in Wichita, Kansas at the age of 33.

Jennifer was born the daughter of John and Patricia (Ravenstien) Ward on Tuesday, October 7, 1975 in Wellington, Kansas.

On November 16, 1996, Jennifer and Dale Berry were united in marriage in Conway Springs, Kansas. Together they celebrated over 12 years of marriage.

Jennifer had several hobbies and enjoyed going horseback riding and crocheting. She always looked forward to going swimming with her son Dalton. Jennifer was a loving wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend that cared deeply for her family.

She was preceded in death by her grandpa Bob Ravenstien, grandparents Roy & Opal Ward, great grandparents Paul & Ethel Shobe and father-in-law Dwight Berry.

Survivors include her husband Dale Berry and son Dalton Berry both of the home; parents Pat & John Ward of Conway Springs, Kansas; grandmother Betty Ravenstien of Conway Springs, Kansas; mother-in-law Juanita Berry of Argonia, Kansas; brothers; John Ward and his wife Heather of Conway Springs, Kansas, Josh Ward and his wife Shari of Conway Springs, Kansas; sister-in-law Janet Etheridge and her husband Terry of Argonia, Kansas; seven nieces & nephews and numerous other family members.

Visitation will be held at the Day Funeral Home in Argonia from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Friday, March 20, 2009 with the family present in the evening from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Funeral services for Jennifer will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, March 21, 2009 in the Argonia United Methodist Church with the Reverend Don Swender officiating.

Interment will follow in Argonia Cemetery, Argonia, Kansas .

A memorial has been established in her name and loving memory with the Argonia EMS, 210 South Main Street, Argonia, Kansas 67004. Contributions can be mailed or left with the funeral home.

Arrangements are by Day Funeral Home & Crematory, Argonia, Kansas.
