Buttermore, Bernice L., 89, retired Color King employee, died Thursday, Sept. 21, 2000. Visitation 1 to 8 p.m. today, Lakeview Funeral Home; private service.

Mrs. Buttermore was a member of First United Methodist Church.

Preceded in death by husband, Alvin L. Buttermore Sr.; son, Alvin L. Buttermore Jr.; four sisters; one brother.

Survivors: daughter-in-law, Patricia Buttermore of Wichita; nephew, Wade Castonguay of Concordia; grandchildren, Sherrie Flowers of Miss., Alvin "Len" Buttermore III of Fla., Bradley "Brad" David Buttermore of Ga., Jennifer Lyn Buttermore-Schott of Wichita; three great-grandchildren. Memorial has been established with First United Methodist Church TV Ministry.
