Robert Edward Westerfield (36122303) was born on July 28, 1935 in Shelbyville, Indiana (Shelby County) to Andrew Jackson Westerfield III and Hulda May Lewis Westerfield.. He was also raised in Shelbyville, Indiana (Shelby County). He is a Korean War Veteran - SSgt, USAF. He served over ten years in the United States Air Force. Robert Edward Westerfield married Dorothy Myers of Denver, Colorado and lived for many years in Golden, Colorado. Robert and Dorothy Westerfield had five children. Later in life, Robert and Dorothy Westerfield moved to El Paso, Texas where he died on August 5, 2004. His body was brought back to Colorado where he was buried at Fort Logan National Cemetery near Denver, Colorado. Dorothy Myers Westerfield now resides back near Golden, Colorado to be with her sons and daughters.
