Sarah Forrest
Centerburg- Sarah Forrest, 95, formerly of Centerburg, died on March 31, 1991, in Thatcher, Ariz.
She was born on Dec. 6, 1895, in Louisa, Ky., to John and Virginia (Large) Prince. She was a member of the Hope Lutheran Church and the Good Time Club at the church.
Surviving are many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles A. Forrest, in 1978.
Friends may call on Thursday from 6 to 8 pm in the Johnson-Melick Funeral Home, 49 W. Church St., Centerburg. Graveside service will be on Friday at 1 pm in the Union Cemetery, Columbus. Pastor John Chovan will officiate.

Sarah was also married to George William Klein, who died 30 Oct 1944 in Columbus and was buried in Ironton, Ohio.
