EUGENE BULLARD, 63, of Cisne, IL passed away Saturday, April 18, 2009 at 6:00AM at his home.
Eugene was born June 9, 1945 at Cisne, IL to Lowell and Marie (Hale) Bullard. He married Marsha Weaver September 3, 1965 at the Bailey Church North of Wayne City, IL.
He worked at Valley Steel of Flora, IL for 10 years; then was Manager at Union 76 Knapp Oil at Cisne, IL for 10 years; owned and operated NAPA Store in Cisne IL for 6 years and later retired as a Fork Truck Driver after 16 years at the Mailing Center at Flora, IL.
Eugene was a veteran of the Vietnam Era; a member of Rock Branch General Baptist Church of Cisne, IL; Flora American Legion and Anthony Doherty Masonic Lodge 1111 of Cisne, IL
Eugene is survived by his wife Marsha Bullard of Cisne, IL; 2 Sons Brian Bullard (& his wife Kim) of Cisne, IL and Todd Bullard (& his wife Gay Lynn) of Metropolis, IL; 2 sisters JoAnn Smith of Olney, IL and Elaine Sheets (& her husband Sonny) of Olney, IL; 1 brother Roy Bullard (& his wife Connie) of Mill Shoals, IL. Also surviving are 6 grandchildren Blake Bullard, Hunter Bullard, Jacob Bullard, Alex Bullard, Lindsay Bullard and Shae Bullard.
Preceding Eugene in death were a brother Lowell, Jr. and his parents.
Graveside services will be 11:00AM Tuesday, April 21, 2009 at Cisne Cemetery. Bro. Russell Smith will officiate. Visitation will be 6:00-8:00PM Monday, April 20, 2009 at the Hosselton Funeral Home.
Memorials may be given to Rock Branch General Baptist Church Building Fund and will be accepted at Hosselton Funeral Home
