Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Louisa Peay McDaniel; a son and a daughter, John McDaniel, Provo, and Mrs. Winnie Crowther, Richfield. Idaho; three sisters and one brother, Mrs. Tenie Carter, Provo; Mrs. Elizabeth Angell and Mrs. Rachael Halladay, both of Los Angeles, and James McDaniel, New Mexico, and six grandchildren. Funeral arrangements are pending word from out-of-town relatives.
