MRS. EMMA C. SMITH

Mrs. Emma C. Smith, widow of Charles H. Smith of 519 Lafayette Avenue, Broad Street Park, died yesterday at her home after an extended illness in her 79th year. Mrs. Smith was born in Etra, N. J., moving from there to Hamilton Square and later into Trenton. She is survived by a son, William Russell Smith, of Elizabeth; a daughter-in-law, Mrs. Carolyn Smith, of Pottsville, Pa., and two grandsons, Robert and Minford Smith.

The funeral will be held from the late home Tuesday morning at 11 o'clock with services by the Rev. Ellis C. Primm, pastor of Gethsemane Baptist Church, which Mrs. Smith was a member. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery, under direction of W. T. Saul & Son.
