Born July 7, 1920 in Fairview, Utah, to Aaron and Valera Stewart Cheney. Married Rose Marie Stewart; she died January 25, 1988.
Member LDS Church. Active member of the Fairview Chapter of the AA. The family wishes to thank the VA Hospital for their compassionate care the last few months.
Survivors: Four daughters, Colleen Ball, Pam Gray, Raelene Reinard, and Susan Martin; six grandchildren; one great-grandchild; also, five sisters. Preceded in death by one brother and one sister.
Graveside services will be held Monday, 12 noon at the Murray City Cemetery. Friends may call Monday, 11 to 11:45 a.m. at the Jenkins-Soffe Mortuary, 4760 South State Street.
