Naconna Barlow Shaffer passed away in her home on April 15, 2009. She resided at 1401 South 1100 West in the Glendale neighborhood of Salt Lake City, Utah at the time of her death.


Naconna was born May 24, 1926 to Ianthius W. and Cleo Olson Barlow.


She leaves 11 children; Marty, Stephen, Nancy, Jarom, Tansy, Mercie, Jill, Thad, Todd, Molly, and Heidi, 64 grandchildren, 114 great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren. She also leaves many brothers and sisters, and a large extended family.


Funeral Services will be held on Monday, April 20, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. at the Cannon Stake Center, 934 West Fremont Avenue. A public viewing will be held prior to the Funeral from 11:00-1:00 p.m. From 1:00 until 2:00 p.m. is reserved for special family time for Naconna's children.
Interment at Bountiful Memorial Park.
