Jennifer (Race) Blevins, 43, of Borger, passed away April 15, 2009 in Amarillo.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday April 18, 2009, at the First Baptist Church, Borger, Texas, with Andy Dietz officiating. Burial will be at Westlawn Memorial Cemetery under the direction of Brown Funeral Directors.

Jennifer was born Aug. 17, 1964 in El Paso, Texas to Dr. Charles George and Jayne Adele (Strickland) Race. She lived most of her adult life in Borger. She was a caring and loving person. She graduated from Frank Phillips College, majoring in computer science. She became proficient in computer skills and loved working with computers.

She is survived by her daughter Nicole Blevins; by two brothers, Dr. Mark Race of Iowa, Kevin Race of Atlanta, Ga. and two sisters Mary Race of El Paso, Texas and Sarah (Race) Phillips of Jacksonville, Fla.

The family suggests memorials be given to Frank Phillips College Scholarship funds or Gideon's International.
