Mike Livengood, 53, passed away on Feb. 27, 2008. He was born on Oct. 30, 1954, to Albert W. and Frances (Black) Livengood, in Lockhart, Texas.
Mike graduated from Lockhart High School, in 1973. He was united in matrimony with Dorothy (Simpson) Livengood, on Aug. 2, 1981, in Matamoras, Mexico.
He was preceded in death by his father, Albert W. Livengood.
Mike is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 26 years, Dorothy Livengood; his mother Frances Livengood of Lockhart; sons Jason Alan Livengood of New Orleans, and Zane Livengood of San Antonio; daughter Jessica Rhae Livengood of Austin; brother Burt Livengood of Lockhart; and sisters Jan Pittman of Austin and Jill McCan of Lockhart.
A visitation was held on Friday, Feb. 29, 2008, at McCurdy Funeral Home.
Services were on Saturday, March 1, 2008, at McCurdy Funeral Home, at 10 a.m., with Rev. George Goodman, officiating, and burial followed at Lockhart City Cemetery.
