DIED - at the residence of her son-in-law, Roger Miller, in Wilkes-Barre, on Saturday morning last, March 31, 1877, Mrs. Nancy McMillan, in her 81st year.
The deceased was the twin sister of Mrs. Jane Dymond, who survives her, and lives near Dymond Hollow, in Franklin Township. They were born in Exeter Township, June 25, 1796, and were known and mentioned far and wide for their remarkable longevity. There were few, if any older twins in the United States. Their maiden name was Montanye, and there were sixteen children in the family, ten sisters and six brothers. Until the past few years the deceased enjoyed good health, and was active considering her advanced age. The remains were interred in the Harding burying grounds, in Exeter.
