Syble Lemons Parker, age 94, of Arkadelphia, passed from this life on Thursday, December 20, 2018 at Twin Rivers Health and Rehabilitation Center in Arkadelphia. She was born July 4, 1924 in Clark County, the daughter of the late Benjamin Franklin and Jessie Brown.
Syble was a member of the Baptist Medical Center Women's Auxillary and a member of Third Street Baptist Church. She owned and operated grocery store and a cafe for many years. Syble was preceded in death by her parents, her first husband, George Monroe Lemons, her second husband, A.C. Parker, one son, Jimmy Lemons, three sisters, Desser Aud, Faye Wyatt and Verna Carlisle.Graveside services will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, December 22, 2018 at Rest Haven Memorial Gardens with Bro. Greg Lathem officiating.
