Mosey HARJO died October 28, 1998 at St. John Medical Center, Tulsa, and funeral services were held October 31 at Little Quarsarty Baptist Church.
He was born Dec. 2, 1936 in Okemah the son of Parnosky HARJO and Sarah Bunner WESLEY. On March 20, 1962, he was married to Loretta WASHINGTON, who survives. Other survivors, a daughter Tammy ; son, Jerry; 3 grandchildren;
brothers Thomas and Ben; sisters Lucille, Lenora, Kay, Jeanie, Carolyn, and Joy; and numerous relatives and friends.
Pallbearers were: Willie HALE, Carlan THOMPSON, Amon DEERE, Buster WASHINGTON, Chuck MCHENRY, and Chebon BUCK. Honorary pallbearers were Tom LINDSEY, Andy HALE, Amos NOON, Bobby RUSSELL and Tom KING.
