WINNABOW - Edward J. Gore, 68, retired farmer, died at his home here Saturday afternoon after an extended illness.
Funeral services will be held Monday at 3 p m. in Lebanon Baptist Church with the Rev. Charles D. Murray officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs Goldie Francis Gore; a step-daughter, Mrs. Ella Mae Hanson of Wilmington; a brother, Orie Gore of Winnabow; a sister, Mrs Sophia Gore of Winnabow; and several nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be nephews.
