Met Death In Snowslide
Park City, Utah – Searchers found the body of O. W. Wilkins, superintendent of schools of Summit county, who disappeared January 21, in a ditch in a ravine of South Fork canyon, twenty-four miles west of Theodore at 1:30 o'clock Friday afternoon. Wilkins was a victim of the snowslide that occurred in South Fork canyon January 22, the day following his departure from Theodore for his home in Peoa. The slide was 100 feet deep in places.
Info from his death certificate: His body was found on Feb 9, 1911.
