First marriage to Arthur Alonzo Harris. Julia Estella Harris, age 42 of Earle, married Edgar L. Byrn, age 49 of Crittenden County, in Crittenden County, Arkansas on 20-Jun-1918.

At the tine of the 1940 census of Tyronza Twp, Crittenden County, AR, Estella Byrn, age 64, was living in the household with her son, Eddie Harris, and daughter in law, Maxine Hill Harris.

She fell at home in Earle and died of her injuries at John Gaston Hospital in Memphis. Her father was John Matthews (her mother, Rebecca Smith). Informant was her son, Eddie Harris.

Buried at Gibson Bayou in Earle on Mar 23, 1957 by National Funeral Home of Memphis.

The 1910 census of Tyronza Twp, Crittenden County, AR shows that she had given birth to three children with three living. In 1910, the oldest child was listed as Mary, age 7. In 1920, she was listed as Irene, age 17.

In 1930, Julia E. Byrn, widow, was living in Crittenden County, Heafer Road. Both sons were living in the household; Fred A. and Edward H. both listed with surname Byrn. They both worked as salesmen in a grocery store.
