REIK, Simon A. was born November 17, 1870 in Herman Township, Dodge County, Wisconsin the son of Michael Reik and Catharine Christina Steiner. He graduated from North Western College in 1900. He married Lulu M. Wagner February 14, 1905 in Naperville and they were the parents of two daughters, Katherine and Judith M. (Elmer Oliver Marquardt). He was employed as a store manager, first in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, then Danville, Illinois for the S. H. Knox Company and finally Sioux Falls, South Dakota for the F. W. Woolworth company. He affiliated with Euclid Lodge February 4, 1953 from Minnehaha Lodge No. 5, Sioux Falls, South Dakota. He died October 11, 1959 in Naperville, DuPage County, Illinois and was buried in the Naperville Cemetery.
