Kathren Virginia "Kat" Earley, 66, of Jasper died Friday, May 16, 2003, at Baptist Medical Center-Walker in Jasper.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Friday, May 23, 2003, at Collins-Burke Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Coal City Cemetery in Jasper.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Elbert "Hap" Early Jr.; father, Fred Colbert; mother, Ruth Colbert; sister, Louise Wade; brothers, John Colbert, Frank Phillips, Mack Auther Colbert and Fred Walter Colbert.
She is survived by her daughter, Katherine Margaret Dunn of Jasper; son, Stephen E. Earley and his wife, Judy of Jasper; sisters, Betty White and Helen Tucker, both of Union Chapel, and Ann Hyche of Boldo; grandchildren, Candace Murray, Karri Blankenship and Jedadias Earley, all of Jasper, and Zacharias Earley and his wife, Laura of Virginia Beach, Va.; and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
Pallbearers will be Chelsie Richardson, Josh Richardson, Keith Salters, Cary Wade, Bob White, David White and H.W. White.
