"ACCIDENT.— Miss Lillie, daughter of the late Hon. O. J. Dickey, of Lancaster, while visiting at the house of Capt. John P. Ilea, at Minneapolis, Wis., accidently shot and killed herself on Friday evening last. She had been in her room only a moment when a pistol shot was heard, and when the room was entered she was found lying on the floor with a wound in her right temple, where a ball from the pistol had entered. The pistol was discovered lying tangled up among a parcel of laces in her bureau drawer, and it is supposed to have been discharged in trying to get some article from the drawer. The remains were brought to the house of her mother, Mrs. Elizabeth Dickey, in Lancaster, from where the funeral was held on Wednesday last."
