survived by two sons, Rt.Rev.Msgr John N. Codori, St. John Gaulbert's church, Johnstown, L.N. Codori, Pittsburgh; two daughters, Anne B. Codori with whom she lived and Mrs. C.G. Frailey, Emmittsburg; a sister Mrs. Harry Cunningham, Gettysburg.

Was preceded in death by six of her children which included William F Codori (1933), Simon J Codori (1931)and Mrs. George Eberhart (1941).

pallbearers were grandsons: Joseph E Codori, Edwin Codori, John Codori, Pvt. David C Frailey, Eugene Codori, Richard Eberhart
