Ruthene Bell Priddy, 73, of Louisville, passed away Thursday, April 9, 2009, at Sts. Mary and Elizabeth Hospital in Louisville.

She was a certified nursing assistant and a member of Stoney Point Missionary Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Charlie and Beulah Frances Riggs Bell; one sister, Orene Crump; and two brothers, Kenneth Bell and Jerry Lynn Bell.

She is survived by a son, Timothy Priddy of Brandenburg; four daughters, Janet Dennison of Upton, Vicki Woods of Louisville, Kimberly Priddy of Louisville and Tammy Edge of Elizabethtown; a brother, Melvin Bell of Hodgenville; a sister, Imogene Lowery of Louisville; 12 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services are at 3 p.m. Saturday, April 11, at Manakee Funeral Home in Upton with the Revs. Earl Sanders and Charles A. Stanton officiating. Burial will be in Old Lone Oak Cemetery.

Visitation is from 1 to 8 p.m. today, April 10 and continues from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, April 11, at the funeral home.
