Jackie Ray Reeves, age 59 of Hempstead, passed away on April 9, 2009. Mr. Reeves is preceded in death by his father, Finis Reeves; and is survived by his mother, Jackie Price; wife, Sandra Reeves; daughters, Marcella Sparby and husband Dusty Jobe, and Sarah Loignon and husband Warren; brother, Joe (Steve) Reeves; sisters, Brenda Jernigan and husband Bobby, and Debbie Mock and husband Bobby; grandchildren, Mack Sparby, Kaity Sparby, Zoe Jobe, and Kaleb Loignon; and numerous nieces, nephews, and other family members.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 10, 2009 from 5 to 8pm at Canon Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral Services were held on Saturday, April 11, 2009 at 10:00am at Canon Funeral Home with Tom Dobbs officiating. Interment followed at Shiloh Cemetery.
