Mrs. Ables as a computer operator for St. Vincent Charity Hospital, Cleveland. She also worked at various local hospitals for the past 25 years. She was an active member of North Eaton Christian Church Disciples, Grafton. She enjoyed bowling and crocheting and volunteered her time to the Girl Scouts.
Survivors include her husband of 16 years, William L.; son, William A. Taylor of Parma; daughter, Aimee G. Taylor of North Ridgeville; stepsons, William Brian Ables of Rock Hill, South Carolina, Jeffrey Paul Ables of Medina; stepdaughters, Angela Marie Branhan and Julie Ann Moyer both of Columbia, South Carolina, Stacy Simiele of Medina; 17 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; brother, Jeffrey W. Babcock of Reynoldsburg; sister, Mary Brewer of Grove City; and her mother, Evelyn Babcock of Cleveland.
She was preceded in death by her father, Wade Babcock. Friends may call Sunday from 2-5PM at the David Bogner Family Funeral Home, 36625 Center Ridge Road, North Ridgeville. Funeral services will be held on Monday at 10:00 AM in the funeral home. Rev. Paul Durbin, Pastor of North Eaton Christian Church Disciples, will officiate. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery, Cleveland. Memorial contributions may be made to North Eaton Christian Church Disciples, 35895 E. Royalton Road, Grafton, Ohio 44044.
