Obituary:
The friends of Miss Mary Geiser, will be pained to hear of her death.
She died at the home of her parents, one mile northeast of Sargent, Monday evening, Dec. 11th, 1899. She was born in Ringgold Co., Iowa. She was 20 years, 8 months, and 13 days of age. She came to this county with her family when quite young. She has been an invalid for a number of years. She sustained her injury when quite young by falling off a building, from which she never fully recovered. The memory of the deceased will linger the minds of her large host of friends and family forever. She was interred in Mount Hope cemetery, Tuesday afternoon, at 2 p.m. Sermon was held at the house. The NEW ERA extends condolence to the family and relatives.
