Born at Kettle Creek, she was the daughter of the late John and Nancy (Coleman) Abney, and the wife of the late David White.
Surviving are three sons, Denton and Dennis White, both of Tompkinsville, and John White, Indianapolis,IN; four daughters, Ethel Geralds, Hilas Moore and Lecta Moore, all of Rt. 2, Tompkinsville, and Effie Brown, Tompkinsville; two sisters, Allie Blythe and Hattie Long, both of Kettle Creek; 47 grandchildren; 58 great grandchildren and 19 g-g-grandchildren.
Funeral services were conducted at the Yokley-Trible Funeral Home Chapel, Tuesday afternoon, with Bro. Martin Ballard officiating. Burial was in the Center Point Cemetery.
