Survivors include, daughter, Jill Marie Boros, husband, Pete Eckert, mother, Shirley Westphal McGilvrey, father, James McGilvrey. Siblings; Steven McGilvrey, James Douglas McGilvrey, Stacy McGilvrey and Shirleen Thomas, and many loving aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

Memorial Service was held Tuesday, April 7, 2009, 11:00 AM at the Los Gatos United Methodist Church.
