Clarence L. Prichard, 75, of 515 West Chestnut Street, passed away yesterday afternoon at the Richland Memorial Hospital, where he had been a patient for the past week.

A native of New York, Mr. Prichard was born Feb. 27, 1895 the son of George Prichard and Elizabeth Tipten Prichard.

His wife Rosey Fern Prichard passed away on February 14, 1970.

He leaves two children, Galen Prichard of Noble, and Mrs. Kay Collins of Hammond, Indiana. He also leaves a step-son, Eugene Lane, of Rosiclaire. There are two grandchildren, two step-grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Other survivors are three half sisters, Mrs. Nellie Clemmons of Lima, Ohio, Mrs. Lillian Vogel of St. Mary's, Ohio and Mrs. Mary Armstrong, address unknown.

Funeral services for Mr. Prichard will be held on Wednesday afternoon at 3 o'clock in the Memorial Chapel of the Summers-Rainey Funeral Home, with the Rev. Frank Coons officiating.

Interment will be in Haven Hill Cemetery.
