BOERNE, Texas and FORT KENT - Edgar Levesque, 88, died March 22, 2006, in Boerne, Texas. He was born in Fort Kent, May 10, 1917, the son of Willie and Alice (Cyr) Levesque. Edgar was a member of the Boerne Senior Citizen Club, where he played bridge and cards daily. He was also a member of the Fort Kent Knights of Columbus in the Fourth Degree for 50 years, where he served as financial secretary for 10 years; a life member of the Fort Kent Lions Club and also a member of the St. Louis Catholic Church choir. He is survived by three daughters, Louise Parker and her husband, Robert, of Boerne, Texas, Jane Levesque of Rock Hill, S.C. and Jean Percival of Monmouth; two sons, John Levesque and his wife, Ann, of Gorham and Robert Levesque of Cabot, Ark.; two stepchildren, Leroy Pelletier of South Windsor, Conn. and Nancy Coulombe of East Hartford, Conn.; nine grandchildren, five great-grandchildren; his sister, Marie Beth Bragaw, of Cleveland, Ohio and his brother, Rosaire Levesque of East Hartford, Conn. In addition to both his parents, he was predeceased by his first wife, Yvonne "Tot" Cyr Levesque in 1980; his second wife, Priscille Roy Pelletier Levesque in 1998; and two brothers, William and Gaston Levesque. Friends may call 8 a.m. until time of service, Saturday, May 13, at the Daigle & Nadeau Funeral Home. A Mass of Christian Burial with Fourth Degree honors will be celebrated 10 a.m. at the St. Louis Catholic Church, in Fort Kent. Committal services will follow in the Parish cemetery.
