ATHENS - Billy Martin Romine, 60, of 1216 West Market St., Athens, died Wednesday at Limestone Health Facility. The funeral will be Saturday at 3 p.m. at McConnell funeral Home chapel with the Rev. Jack Baldwin officiating.
Burial will be in Athens city Cemetery.
Mr. Romine was retired from Redstone Arsenal.
survivors include four brothers, Charles Romine of Birmingham, Benton Romine of Quitman, Ga., and Carlos Romine and Buster Romine, both of Athens; three sisters, Tootsie Stephens of Selma and Evelyn Eslick and Mable Romine, both of Athens; and several nieces and nephews.
