Mrs. Edward P. Miller, 79 of Kiel, did Wednesday evening at Calumet Memorial Hospital in Chilton. She had been admitted earlier in the day.

The former Louise Klein, she was born in the Town of Rhine, Dec. 4, 1887, a daughter of the late John and Louise Klein. She attended district school in Rhine and was married to Mr. Miller, Feb. 8, 1916, by the late Rev. Otto Kolbe. The couple lived in Kiel for two years, then moved to the Miller home farm on the eastern edge of the city. They celebrated their golden wedding anniversary in 1966. She was a member of Ss. Peter and Paul Catholic Parish.

Surviving are her husband; five sons; Leon of Phoenix, Ariz., Arno of Elkhart Lake, Allen and Elroy of R. 1, Kiel, and Carlos of R. 1, Sheboygan; two daughters, Mrs. Ralph Bruckner (Rosella) of R. 2, Kiel, and Mrs. Leo Schnell (Arline) of R. 1, Valders; and 30 grandchildren. A daughter and two grandchildren preceded her in death.

The requiem Mass will be at 9:30 a.m. Saturday in Ss. Peter and Paul Church, with the Rev. George Kiefer, pastor, celebrant. Burial was in the parish cemetery.
