MONTGOMERY - Mrs. Bertie Mildred Welch, 72, of Montgomery, died Thursday in Montgomery General Hospital. She attended the Baptist Church and was a lifelong resident of Montgomery. Surviving: daughter, Mrs. Margaret McClellan of Montgomery; sons, Edward of Boomer, Francis of New Jersey, Charles R. of Kanawha Falls, Albert L. Jr. of Jeffersonville, Ind., Sgt. Paul Eugene Welch at Killeen, Tex.; sister, Mrs. Nell Skaggs of Hugheston; brother, Clifford Anderson of Charleston. The body is in B.C. Hooper Funeral Home, Montgomery.
