Millard I. Cook, 81, Topeka, died Thursday, April 1, 1999, at a Topeka nursing home.
Mr. Cook was a supervisor at Gregg Tire. He was born Nov. 22, 1917, in Jefferson County, the son of Shell and Lily Tincher Cook.
He was married to Ruby Freeman on April 20, 1939, in Topeka. She died Sept. 27, 1997.
Survivors include a son, Robert Cook, Topeka; a sister, Faye Patch, Topeka; three grandchildren; and one great-grandson. Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at the Mercer Funeral Home in Valley Falls.
Burial will be at the Valley Falls Cemetery.
Relatives and friends will meet from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
