Major League Baseball Player. He was an outfielder making his debut with the New York Giants on September 29, 1920. Nicked name "Glass Arm Eddie", for seven seasons he played for the New York Giants (1920-21), Brooklyn Dodgers (1924-25) and Boston Braves (1926-28). He ended his career with a record of 878 hits, 341 runs scored, 16 home runs, 407 runs batted, a .303 batting average and a .970 fielding percent average.
