Frederick Lyness was charged with stealing a pair of boots valued at 15s ($19.85 in May 2009) the property of Enoch Walker. Enoch stated that he was a bootmaker, residing in Willis-street ... more at link

In the matter of a Deed of Assignment, dated the 27th day of November, 1878, and filed in this Honorable Court on the said 27th day of November, 1878 and made between ENOCH WALKER of Wellington, bootmaker, of the first part; LIPMAN LEVY, of the same place, Merchant, of the second part; and all the creditors of the said Enoch Walker of the third part
