Mr. Andrews was a native of Baton Rouge and was employed as a mechanic for Power Dynamic. He was a Catholic.
Survivors include his wife, Novalise Andrews; a son, Thomas E. Andrews Jr.; two daughters, Alicia Nicole Andrews and Martha Ann Andrews, all of Picayune; his parents, Bennie D. and Anna Andrews of Mobile; five brothers, Tony Andrews of Grosse Tete, La., Maxie Andrews of Citronell, Ala., Marvin Andrews of Kushla, Ala., Melvin C. Andrews of Picayune, and Leo J. Andrews of Semmes, Ala.; and a sister, Phyllis Annette Gancez of Atlanta.
Visitation will be from 6 to 9 tonight at Picayune Funeral Home. A service will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Sycamore Baptist Church in Picayune with burial in the church cemetery
