Washington, November 13. Mrs. Edith Livingston Morton Eustis, daughter of Levi P. Morton, Vice President in the Administration of President Benjamin Harrison and later Governor of New York, died yesterday at her home here. She was 90 years old.

She was married in 1900, had been active in charitable organizations here and in Virginia, where she maintained a summer home near Leesburg.

Her only son, Morton was killed in France during World War II. She is survived by three daughters, Helen of New York, Mrs. Eustis Emmet of Washington and Mrs. David E. Finley, wife of the former director of the National Gallery of Art; three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
