Born in Phillipsburg, N.J., she was a daughter of the late Raymond Fisher Sr. and the late Reta (Wildrick) Fisher.
She was a graduate of Tobyhanna Township High School and Allied Medical Institute.
She worked as a waitress at the Lakeside Restaurant in Pocono Pines and, prior to that, at Hickory Valley Farms in Swiftwater. She also worked as a seamstress and as a medical assistant.
She was a member of Blakeslee United Methodist Church.
She is survived by a son, Alex Konopka of Gouldsboro; a daughter, Reta Caligaris of Stillwater, N.Y.; two brothers, Raymond Fisher Jr. of Long Pond and Joseph Fisher of Pocono Lake; two sisters, Nancy Sylvanius of Pocono Lake and Gloria Sapp of Tobyhanna; two grandchildren, John A. Caligaris III and Jenna Caligaris both of Stillwater, N.Y.; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Willis Fisher, and her grandmother, Nina Fisher.
Viewing hours will be held from 11 a.m. until the time of services on Thursday, Jan. 24, at Blakeslee United Methodist Church. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Thursday at the church, with the Rev. Joseph Healey officiating. Burial will be in the Blakeslee Cemetery.
