Hawkins Services
A grave side service will be held at 11 Saturday at Agency cemetery for William E. Hawkins. Services and interment will be under the direction of the Heaton-Bowman mortuary.
Mr. Hawkins, a native of Agency, died Thursday afternoon at the home of his grandson, Lyle (Lyall) Hawkins, Jr., 2609 South 18th street, at the age of 89. He was employed at the stirrup factory at Agency, when it was in operation.
A resident of Agency most of his life, Mr. Hawkins came to St. Joseph about a year ago to live with his grandson. He was a member of the Agency Methodist Church.
Additional survivors include two nieces and one nephew.
