Troy was born on December 1, 1918 and died on June 10, 1990. He is my step grandfather and was married to Winona Frazier, which unfortunately died a few years earlier than he had. They were married on April 6,1949.Troy and his wife had eight kids together.Billy,Liz, Lisa, And Frankie are some of their kids. He was also burried next to her. Troy worked in the oil field until he was sent into World War II, in the navy, and after the war he continued working there as well. He put his whole heart into the job and really focused on it.
