Mrs Bertice Ann Hood-A native of Marietta,Ga., and a resident of Chickasaw for 40 years, died at a local hospital Monday, January 25, 1982. She is survive by one son, James H Hood Jr., of Semmes; four daughters, Mrs Lorraine Elizabeth (Betty) Trippe of Slidell, La., Mrs Margaret A (Peggy) Edinston, Mrs Joyce Virginia Pullen, Mrs Nona Jane Wright, all of Mobile; two sisters, Mrs Ruth Kelly of Redlands, Calif., and Mrs Bervie Wartt of Lilburn, Ga.; five Brothers, Carl Hill of Columbia, N.C., James Hill of Dallas, Texas, William Hil of Seattle, Wash., Chrles Hill of Los Angeles, Calif., and John Hill of Chula Vista, Calif.; 12 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; nieces, nephews and otherrelatives. Funeral services will be held from the chapel of Radney Funeral Home Wednesday, January 27, 1982, at 2 p.m. Interment will be in Pine Crest Cemetery. Arrangements by Radney Funeral Home, Dauphin St. extension, Mobile, Ala.

Mrs Bertice Ann Hood-Funeral services were held from the chapel of Radney Funeral Home Wednesday, January 27, 1982, at 2 p.m. with Rev. Robert Frankenbers officating. Honorary pallbearers were Mark Lee and Joe Lee. Active Pallbearers were Ronald Shaw, Gary Pullen, Greg Pullen, Perry Trippe, Rodger Lee, and Bob Loftin. Interment was in Pine Crest Cemetery.
