(Noted): Joseph McNelion Boon's Birth Records are under (Jas. McNelion Born) but if you look at the Birth Registry Book it says: JOS. MC NELION BOON (for Joseph Mc Nelion Boon), and it shows his parents as: JOS. JASPER BOON (for Joseph Jasper Boon) and SARAH CATH. BOON (for Sarah Catherine Boon), but whoever was reading and recording the Birth records mistook "JOS" for Jas, and also mistakenly took BOON as Born.
