Annie Ruth was 37 years old. She had been in ill health for several years with diabetes. All during her illness she was cheerful and an inspiration to those who she came in contact. As long as she was able she did her household chores and cared for her two small children, even though having lost her eyesight several years ago.
She united with the Church of Christ when a young woman.
Surviving are her husband, one son and one daughter. Bro. Zoma Fisk officiated.
Casketbearers were Ollie Foster, Steve Howard, Floyd Waldrop, Jimmie Taylor, Joe McLerran, Corey Phelps.
Interment was in Carter cemetery.
