Born in NY. Came to Newark, NJ in 1886. Son of George W. Pascall and Minnie A. Stagg. Husband of Jean Robinson and father of Jean M. (Pascall) Dally.

Chief surgeon of Public Service (Newark) from 1911 to 1951.

Survived by his wife, his daughter of Vernona, two grandchildren and two brothers Stanton Pascall of Lake Valhalla and Roy Pascall of Florida.

Dr. Pascall descends from the early Dutch of NY, who were among the early settlers of Pompton Plains, including Peter Willemese Roome thru his daughter who married Giles W. Mandeville.
