Survivors:one son Harold Welch,Gamaliel;three daughters,Shirley Payne,Okeechobee,Fla.,Barbara Whyde and Wanda Sizemore both of Indianapolis,Ind.;one sister,Marie Combs Glasgow;22 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
