Jessica Lynne Peterson HARVARD Jessica Lynne Peterson was born on April 12, 1994, the loving daughter of Eric and Betsy Peterson. She died unexpectedly on Sunday, March 14, 2009, as a result of an accident. Jessie was a beautiful happy ninth grader at Harvards Bromfield High School. She loved, sports, art, theater, politics, and her friends. She was a member of the Field Hockey Team, Girls Lacrosse Team, and Indoor Track Team. Jessie was known for scoring numerous goals during the Field Hockey season. She was asked as an 8th grader to play on the Varsity team for several games last season. During her first Varsity game she scored two goals. A proud dad was looking for a bragging story only to be told by a humble Jessie I was just in the right place at the right time. Field Hockey was her passion, she loved the game and her team. Jessie was also very artistic, always creating art for her room and doodling wildly intricate designs on her arms, and worked with many other crafts. A couple of years ago she won a contest to design the logo for the Harvard Lions Club Fall Festival, which is still used today. She is remembered by all for her infectious smile and laugh, and happiness. She had the ability to light up a room with her presence. She leaves behind her loving family: parents, Eric and Betsy Peterson; brother, Beck; Grandparents, Jim and Barbara Schautz and Wayne and Marie Peterson, all of Norwell; Great grandmother, Louise Sheehan of Hanover; and Aunt Ingrid and Uncle Will Dehler, and their two children of Connecticut. Visiting hours at Badger Funeral Home, 347 King St.(Rt.2A/110) Littleton on Friday from 3-5 & 7-9. A celebration of her life will be held at the Bromfield School on Saturday at 10 a.m..
